I just wanted to thank Bob, Lisa, Sam and the gang at Keenan South in Chadds Ford/West Chester Pa. I hit a deer with my BMW 7 series and it wasn't pretty. It drove but there was severe damage to my front end. I've seen their commercials and my insurance company highly recommended them. I took it to Keenan a few Saturday's ago and Bob (Manager) came out and explained the whole procedure including taking care of my insurance claim and putting me in a rental car on the spot. I think he even paid for the rental for the weekend just to make it more convenient. Lisa and Sam called me several times with updates and gave me a target date of completion. I couldn't beleive how nice it looked when I drove in to pick it up. It was out front and as I drove past it I said to myself, I hope that's mine. Well, It was and it looks like it was never in an accident. It looks new again. People always say they are looking for a great neighborhood mechanic, well I just found a great neighborhood body shop. Thanks Keenan.
